There's a company at Summerville Farmers Market that does fresh ground peanut butter flavors - raspberry to blueberry to chocolate to jalapeno!<br /><br />My fav smoothie recipe -<br /><br />1 cup whole milk<br />1 scoop whey protein powder<br />1 cup frozen mixed berries<br />1 cup BANANA CREME PIE yogurt<br />1 pinch of sugar<br />1 handful of ice cubes<br /><br />Blend on SMOOTHIE setting then strain through mesh strainer. After massaging the trigger point that causes the pain over and over, multiple times per day, I was cured. I know use it once a day (or so) to prevent shin splints again.
