Whole Wheat Nutella Fudge Brownies

No. These are not going to bust your diet. We're making these Chocolate & Carrots style.

Chocolate&Carrots-8418And when you have this much Nutella, you've got to be creative and quickly find some easy and healthier recipes. This recipe is by far the easiest Nutella recipe I've made thus far. Three ingredients. How can you beat that?!?

Whole Wheat Nutella Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour

 

How-To

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a 12 cup muffin pan, line 7 of the cups with either foil or paper liners.
  3. Beat the Nutella and eggs together in a medium bowl.
  4. Add in the flour and mix until blended.
  5. Pour evenly into cups about 3/4 the way up.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crackly on the top.
Servings: 7 brownies
