The One Word to Describe New Years Eve? Typical.

I hope everyone had a wonderful New Years Eve! I spent the evening at a friend’s party downtown. I was surrounded by good friends and strong alcohol. So strong, that when paired with my Steve Madden glitter heels, I fell and broke my bum. But really, I slipped on someone’s spilled drink and fell so hard that my hand and wrist are black and blue. Great way to start off the New Year, and so typical Xtina.
Tyler was in charge of the Lowcountry boil. DSC_1795Shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes.DSC_1868I ate a lot. Typical.DSC_1869But I burned off some calories by dancing my face off. Typical. DSC_1875I became very loving. Typical.DSC_1890DSC_1916I spilled Tyler’s drink all over myself. Typical.DSC_1892And then probably fed him some kind of bs apology story. Typical.DSC_1927I actually think I was just showing him how to smile.
How was your New Years Eve? Can anyone guess what my first meal of 2011 was?

  15. Aww, well at least the heels looked great!

No worries, I saw so many people fall at the aquarium due to the 1/2 inch layer of spilled drinks on the slick floor.

...including Brandon, who literally kissed the floor mid-dancing. His suit is at the dry cleaners now.

    Happy 2011!

  17. Love the killer heels! I found these genius little slippers for when you go out. They roll up very tiny and fit in your evening bag. When the drunkness/feet pain kicks in, they come to your rescue! :)
I bet you went to Chic-fil-a the next day. Blythe, another friend, and I went on a brunch adventure... we went to Vickery's in Mt P (no brunch there), 3 Little Birds (closed?!), and finally to Lost Dog (awesome!). Then movie marathon and finished up w/ trying collards for the first time at Home Team. Actually quite tasty!
